I need a mediation agreement from both parties before I can hear the dispute/s. Hearing only one of the parties’ disputes first will render me unable to help you, as my impartiality would be compromised.
I offer a half-hour meeting with both parties on Zoom at no cost. This meeting will discuss the mediation process. It is not the mediation itself; it is a chance to ask questions about mediation. Once both parties have agreed to mediate, I will send an intake form to each party for you to fill in and an official agreement to mediate document for you to sign.
However, if you have gained enough information from the website, we can proceed to the intake form and agreement to mediate, which I will send out once I have contacted you.
